đ¤đâ¤ď¸ Last Day of National Reconciliation Week â¤ď¸đđ¤
As National Reconciliation Week comes to a close, we reflect on this yearâs theme and the ongoing journey towards truth-telling, understanding, and unity. Reconciliation is more than a week â itâs a commitment to building respectful relationships between Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and non-Indigenous Australians.
Throughout the week, we have taken time to acknowledge the histories, cultures, and contributions of First Nations peoples. At our service, we continue to embed reconciliation into our everyday practices, from learning about Country to supporting our Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP).
Thank you to all the children, families, and educators who took part in our activities and conversations. Letâs continue to walk together for a better future â not just this week, but every day.
