Welcome back to another edition of the Admin Corner!

In this addition we would like to share the importance of keeping family information up to date.

If you have moved addresses, changed your contact details and or email address, it is important to let your students class teacher know as well as the office staff. This will ensure that when classroom teachers, the nurse or office staff need to contact you, for any reason, they are able to do so. You can pick up an Amendment to Family Data Form from the office or email us directly at glen.waverley.ps@education.vic.gov.au

It is important to ensure we maintain the health and safety of our school community by keeping up to date with student immunisation records. Please make sure the office has a copy of your child/children’s current immunisation certificate.

If you need to update your child's immunisation records or obtain a new Medicare Immunisation History Statement, please contact the relevant authorities listed below. Thank you for your cooperation in keeping our school safe.

2. Your local council Immunisation service – visit Know Your Council.
3. Your local Medicare or Centrelink office.
4. National Immunisation Information Line Tel. 1800 671 811.

Monash Council offers free vaccinations, available through the National Immunisation Program Schedule for infants, school children and adults who have, or are eligible for, a Medicare card.
