Griffins Volunteer Appreciation Sundowner - Friday 1 August!

The sundowner is happening this Friday, and we would love to see everyone there!

This special event is a chance to say thank you to the dedicated volunteers who help make the club a success.

We look forward to celebrating with you!

Griffins Hockey - Lamb Marking

Our volunteers braved a cold wind and threatening clouds over the weekend and found a unique way to give back to our club and community. We managed to work our way through more than 2,000 lambs before the weather arrived - a massive effort from our 20-odd volunteers.

A big thank you to Dave, Tim and Gemma Pyle for offering us the opportunity. We are planning to invest the funds raised into our Griffins hockey players and coaches by bringing in international expertise through pre-season clinics in 2026.

The Albany Basketball Association is now accepting nominations for committee positions for the 2025/26 season.

🛑 Nominations close at 5:00pm on Wednesday 17 July 2025.

🎖️ Positions Open for Nomination:

🟠 President – 1-year term
🟡 Vice President – 2-year term
🔵 Treasurer – 2-year term
🟢 4x General Committee Members – 2-year terms
🔴 1x General Committee Member – 1-year term

Griffins Merchandise and Uniforms

Players can order the Griffins training gear and supporter merchandise from the Griffins site Shop - Great Southern Griffins. A range of hoodies, tops, pants and accessories are available to buy. There are limited stocks of hoodies but more will be added at the end of the month.
