We are deeply grateful to the sponsors of this year’s On the Green event, whose generous support has allowed us to 'illuminate the sky.' Thanks to their contribution, we’ve been able to create a special community celebration for our extended Clayfield family. We also acknowledge our Clayfield College Foundation, through their Opportunities of Excellence Program, have helped the College to secure award-winning Australian artist Kate Ceberano. This initiative not only brings a remarkable performer to our event but also offers our students a once-in-a-lifetime experience. Students will have the incredible opportunity to perform alongside Kate Ceberano, take part in an open rehearsal, and engage in a Q&A session.

Prize Draw

This year, we are happy to announce our incredible Feature Prize Draw generously donated by Clayfield Jewellery and Flight Centre. This consists of a $3,500 Clayfield Jewellery voucher and a $2,000 Flight Centre Travel voucher!

In addition to the Feature Prize Draw, we have the following exciting prizes in the Main Prize Draw:

  • First Prize: Health Bundle, including a 3-month membership to The Gym Hendra or Lutwyche for 2 people, a Vara Aesthetics treatment and an Athlete’s Foot voucher ($1,950)

Adventure Alley

For the kids (and the young at heart) this lively new area will feature giant inflatable games, conveniently located near the new Poffertjes food truck!

 

This fun-filled alley is part of the fully fenced event space and can only be accessed through the main On the Green entry and seating area. It’s designed to offer a safe, family-friendly environment where you can relax and enjoy the festivities, without missing a beat from the main stage!

With some returning favourites and exciting new vendors, we’ve got your food and beverages covered all afternoon! You’re welcome to bring your own picnic, but please note this is a fully licensed event. Bags will be checked on entry, and strictly no BYO alcohol is permitted.

P&F Volunteers Needed

Our P&F Association are seeking volunteers to help run the bars at On the Green this Sunday. Whether you’re available for an hour or can stay a little longer, every bit of help is truly appreciated. No prior experience is needed and it’s a great way to get involved, meet other families, and support the event!

CCOCA Stall - Cheesebox and Cheeseboard Set

Each cheesebox features a selection of gourmet delights including Woombye Cheese, quince paste, assorted crackers, fresh strawberries, and tasty accompaniments.

Also available for purchase are exclusive On the Green branded wooden cheeseboards, complete with a stylish three-piece cheese knife set, ideal for enjoying your cheesebox in style.

 

Cheeseboxes will be available on the day for $15 or grab the cheesebox and cheeseboard set for $40.

Exclusive On the Green Merchandise

Alongside a wide selection of beverages, the P&F bars will be offering exclusive On the Green branded insulated tumblers for sale. These versatile tumblers are perfect for both hot and cold drinks and can even hold your favourite canned or bottled refreshment. Designed to keep your drink cool while you enjoy an afternoon of entertainment, they’ll be available on the day for $15.
