WE NEED PARENT ASSISTANCE! 

If you can offer 30 mins of your time to assist with a class stall or the Parents Association BBQ- that will be a HUGE help! Rosters for every family to add their names to, are now available at the office. WE NEED EVERYONE to do their part to make this the BEST FIESTA EVER!

CAKES, BISCUITS, SLICES – Please !!

A.R.P.S. Fun  Fiesta – 22nd NOV

Dear Parents,

We are requesting donations of baked cakes, biscuits or slices for our cake stall on Friday 22ND .  Please bring goods along on Friday morning (22ND Nov) and place in the staff Room.

We thank you for your support.

With this note you will find:

• A plate, a freezer bag & a tie for your item to be sent in. 
• A sticker to record information: such as Item, date made & ingredients.

We will be sending this out with the students 1 week before the Fun Feista. 

Our Education staff will be selling these baked goods in the canteen area at the Fun Feista.

We will be grateful for any donations

CLASS COMPETITION

We are running a competition for the grades to see which class can provide the most number of donated items. If you are unable to provide the specific items for your class stall  then you might help with collecting the following items for the school based stalls. 

• 2nd hand clothes (all sizes/genders)- good quality please
• Chocolate blocks
• Coloured Hair spray
• Halloween Decorations
• 2nd hand books
• 2nd hand uniforms
• Cans of drink
• Small prizes ($1 - $2 value)

WE ALSO NEED COATHANGERS FOR TOPS AND PANTS.

The items are to be delivered to your child’s classroom for counting for the competition. Do not drop them at the office as they won’t be counted.
