Wellbeing Week

Wellbeing Week was a wonderful success!

On Merry Monday everyone looked festive dressed in their Christmas gear!

The Seniors and Kindergarten spent some special time together.

The Year 5 & 6 students made their Buddies amazing Advent Calendars and presented them as part of the Merry Monday activities.

St Vincent de Paul Christmas Hampers

On Wednesday, a group of dedicated Year 5 and 6 shoppers went to Woolworths in Chatswood. This wasn’t just any ordinary shopping trip - we went to buy supplies and food for the Vinnies Christmas Appeal. We fundraise every year to raise money for these hampers that we pack for the people who are not as fortunate as we are, to have a wonderful feast for Christmas.

Many thanks to Andri, Michael and Geraldine as well as Mrs O & Mr Clarke for volunteering their time. Also thanks to Alecia, Oscar, Sophia, Gabe, Seoa, Elizabeth, Liz, Icy, Izzy, Yoanna and Scarlett D for their invaluable help with the shopping. Even though it was challenging shopping for 25 hampers, with the lady at the checkout counting all the coins that we had raised, over $1000!

Most of all, thank you to the students of Holy Family who purchased our cakes and treats. We hope you enjoyed the food, and your contributions raised so much money for those in need.

Kindy Transition Day 2025

On the 20th of November Years Four and Five had the privilege to meet there 2025 buddies. There were fun activities for the buddies and us to do, like playdough and read the story ‘The Very Hungry Caterpillar’ with a dramatic puppet performance by the talented Mrs Busseler.  We made paper versions of the Very Hungry Caterpillar. The kids also learned the new uniforms in a fun and interactive way. We also went outside to play and get to know each other. There were many challenges and obstacles that the Kindy's faced, but they were able to accomplish them with the amazing help of their new buddies. We got  to interact with the parents and got to know our 2025 buddies much better. Being able to meet our new buddies was a wonderful experience and made us closer to our buddies for next year.

Please be mindful that your child is wearing the correct uniform.

Please see the photos below of the uniforms at Holy Family.
