Over the past two weeks in Gardening Cooking Club we have worked in the garden, tidying up and pulling out weeds. On Monday we picked the broad beans, spinach and mint which have been growing well in our school vegie garden and placed them in a food processor. On Tuesday we blitzed them together with egg, parmessan and ricotta to make broad bean and ricotta tarts. Gardening Cooking Club runs every Monday lunch time and everyone is welcome.
