Hub App Update

New Absentee Reporting Procedure

 

We are pleased to announce that you are now able to report student absences from The Hub app on your mobile phone commencing Monday 18 November.

 

We have just launched an update to the ‘KWS Hub’ mobile app with a Student Absence (Absentee) tile.

 

This feature allows you to quickly and easily report student absences directly from your phone.

 

To access this new feature, simply update the KWS Hub app via your App Store:

Note: If your KWS Hub app does not appear for an automatic update, search ‘KWS Hub’ in the App Store, then select to open, and the update button will display.

 

Reporting Absences using the Hub App

 

From the end of November all absences for Pre-K to Year 12 should be reported by parents via the Hub App using the form provided at the ‘Absentee’ tile. 

 

If a student is unable to attend school for part or all of one day, the absence should be submitted via the Hub App along with the reason for absence and a medical certificate, where appropriate.
