Canteen Fun Day Friday, 12 September

Next week is our much-anticipated Canteen Fun Day! Orders will close at 1:00 p.m on Monday, 8 September 2025. Please place your orders early to avoid disappointment and ensure your child doesn’t miss out on the special recess and lunch we will be preparing. Things to Note About Fun Day

We understand some children have a favourite flavour. If your child prefers a different flavour, they can bring their unopened chocolate milk to the canteen counter and swap it for strawberry milk. We have a limited supply of strawberry milk available for exchange.

Fun Day is a high-volume orders day. If your child has special dietary requirements or other special requests for their order, please email canteen@chatswoodpublicpandc.org.au to follow up. As the preparation is done mostly by volunteers on that day, we kindly ask for your understanding if some special orders are overlooked.

Please note, there is a no-refund policy on Fun Day orders. However, you may collect the food and drink at the canteen at your convenience on that day. If you need to arrange collection, please email us so we can set your order aside. If we do not receive communication, milk and frozen yoghurt will be kept for your child to collect next time, but for health reasons, other orders must be discarded.

Volunteering for Canteen Fun Day – Thursday 11 and Friday 12 September 2025

We still have a few volunteer spots open. This is a fantastic opportunity to connect with our school community and make a real difference for our students. Your help, even for a short time, is incredibly valuable.

Please add a note in the sign-up form to let us know your availability. Remember, you will need a Working with Children Check (WWCC) before volunteering. If you do not have one, please arrive at the school office 10 minutes early to sign in and complete the form.

We’d love to see lots of new and familiar faces. Thank you for helping make this event a success for our students.
