Happy Father's Day
We started the day with a delicious breakfast organised by our wonderful P&F.
This year the breakfast was held in the hall. There was even a coffee van.
Children also enjoyed the activities that were available. The sun was shining and few enjoyed breakfast in the garden.
The day also included our traditional Father's Day stall. I am sure there are some nice surprises waiting for a very special dad, grandad and special person in our children's lives. A special assembly by LS3 concluded our Father's Day celebrations.
A Morning to Remember
On Tuesday 2nd September, the doors were thrown open and while we did not have a red carpet to throw down we certainly had a red carpet welcome to the many extra special visitors that turned up for our Special Grandparents and Friends Morning.
It was sensational to see every Learning Space and Home Group buzzing with excitement at the sheer numbers of special guests that joined us.
They all had a lot of FUN together with science experiments, trivia contests to test old and young, working on art pieces and sharing stories.
In LS3, the seniors gathered to sing with Michael, Alyssa's granddad who brought his guitar. Everyone joined in and it brought a tear to our eyes just witnessing the warmth and joy in the room.
Grandparents gathered in the hall to finish the morning with a performance by our choir followed by morning tea.
Michael concluded our special morning with a singalong we could all enjoy. It was a very precious school event. It was lovely to receive the very positive feedback. What a beautiful school community we have. We are truly blessed.

DISCO Fever!
Gimme that night fever, night fever
We know how to do it
Gimme that night fever, night fever
We know how to show it
Last Friday night our P&F organised a glittering night of nights for our children. There was a Junior Disco followed closely after by a Senior Disco.
There was glitter and feathers, sparkles and glow sticks. Our children all looked fabulous all dressed up for this annual event.
The music was great and the walls glowed awash with flashing coloured lights. The mood was right and the stage set for some brilliant dance moves and singing, with creativity and friendship on display. Our children had a sensational night.
A huge thanks to the superb organisation by our P&F.

Preparing for 2026
We are commencing the process of making arrangements for 2026, which also includes budgeting and staffing. It is important that if your child is not returning in 2026 that you notify the school in writing. We encourage you to do this now or as soon as possible.
