Mental Health & Wellbeing

Across Australia today, communities are taking a moment to pause, connect, and ask the important question: “Are you OK?”
Since the very first R U OK? Day in 2009, this initiative has grown from one dedicated day into a year-round movement. When we take the time to ask how someone is really going, listen with care, and offer support through challenges, we help build a stronger, more connected community.
Together, we can inspire and empower each other to reach out, check in, and provide support to those who may be struggling. Asking someone if they are OK, not only today but any day can make a real difference. Real change begins one conversation at a time.
The Breakfast Club program has continued to be a busy place in the morning. We are currently running the program on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday mornings from 8:20am to 8:40am. If you are able to get involved with the program and have a current 'Working with Children's Check' we would greatly appreciate the extra hands in the morning.
