Primary Sub-School News

Acting Primary Sub School Leader
Moving into our last week of Term 3, staff and students are looking forward to another well-earned break. It has been fantastic too see our students following their solid classroom routines, more settled for learning and demonstrated further development in these critical early years.
Primary Sub School Performance
'Wishing and Dreaming'
Monday, 15th September
Our students have been working super hard to be well rehearsed for their upcoming Sub School Performance on Monday, 15th September. The final PSS performance rehearsal took place last Monday which went very well - the energy from our students was just amazing
This year, Elishia Bartolo has been working with our performance director, Mary Boutros. I promise you these performances are always 'highly entertaining, adorable and great for families' to see their children either in or out of the comfort zone and giving their absolute best.
Please remember to buy your tickets ASAP and we will see you there.
School House Colours Day
'Colour Run'
Thursday, 18th September
Each term, we hold a House Colours Day for all students and staff to wear their house colours with pride.
On this occasion, we are holding a Primary Sub School Colour Run from 9:30-10 in our Bus Bay.
Students are encouraged to wear a white t-shirt to be powdered in multicolours on the day. Please avoid wearing your children wearing their very best clothing, in case it gets spoiled unintentionally.
ROOM 5
Room 5 students have been very busy this year with some exciting learning experiences! In Term 2, the class went on an excursion to the Emu Park Parade, where the children practised walking safely, staying together, and moving responsibly as part of a group. In Term 3, we visited McDonald’s, where each child showed great independence by placing their own order and waiting patiently for their meal. Both excursions gave the children valuable opportunities to build confidence and real-world skills.
