We have been working hard to complete our clay donuts and dragon eyes in the art room. Some will have to wait until next term to be brought home.

Eltham Library Art Display.

The Eltham Library has kindly invited year 3-6 ENPS students to display their art work in the library during the September school holidays. Students have been very eager to showcase their work so if you can pop along to have a look at their masterpieces then please do. A huge thank you to Viki and the PFA for organising this display for us. Works will be displayed until the end of October.

The last fortnight in the middle school grades of 3 & 4 has seen us continue to rehearse our class play scripts. The students have been doing a wonderful job learning about stage direction, voice projection and expression, tone and pitch during performances and gestures. All the plays will be ready to be performed the first week back next term!

All the Grade 5 / 6 classes finished filming and editing their drama TV ads last week. We have spent week 9 this week watching each ad in class, with many laughs in tow. Suffice to say, the acting chops by some could perhaps indicate a future in Hollywood and they’ve been some very interesting and creative storylines when trying to persuade me to buy some products! Not sure if any will make prime time TV anytime soon but every grade had some stand outs and excellent blooper reels!!

Well done to all my seniors for their hard work on their ads.
