Year 10 Canberra Camp

ATTENTION KSC Parents and Students of YEAR 10

Korumburra Secondary College is excited to offer to Year 10 Students a 5-Day Canberra Camp.  The camp is scheduled to take place in late Term 3, with exact dates to be determined once student numbers are confirmed.

Places are limited to 53 students so GET IN QUICK!

The overall cost will be $1000, and a $200 deposit is required by April 26th (Term 2, end of Week 2). 

Whilst in Canberra students will get to take in the following attractions:

Parliament House (guided visit)

Electoral Education Centre

Australian War Memorial visit

Australian War Memorial - We Will Remember Them

Australian War Memorial Last Post Ceremony

Australian Institute of Sport and Sportex morning (guided visit)

Mount Ainslie Lookout

National Arboretum Canberra

High Court of Australia (guided visit)

Questacon (Science Museum)

National Dinosaur Museum (guided visit)

Royal Australian Mint (guided visit)

Mount Stomlo Observatory (Planetarium) (Night Time visit)

Walk around Lake Burley Griffin 

Indoor Rock Climbing or Escape room

Shopping in Canberra High Street

If the expression of interest is not there after the event closes on 26/04, and the camp does not go ahead, the $200 deposit will be refunded back to you.
