Year 2 Bundoora Farm Excursion
Last Thursday, Year 2 students embarked on an exciting excursion to Bundoora Park that brought history to life. It was wonderful to see so many embracing the spirit of the occasion, dressing up and fully immersing themselves in the experience.
The day was filled with engaging and educational activities that complemented our integrated studies unit, Change Over Time. Students explored Aboriginal history, observed native animals during the animal drive, and stepped back in time at the printing press, an old house, and a historic school. They even participated in olden day chores and games, gaining firsthand insight into life in the past.
A huge congratulations to all students for their outstanding behaviour and attentiveness throughout the day. Their enthusiasm made this journey through history a memorable one for all!
