Art with Heart!

A group of curious and creative children recently worked together to produce a beautiful collaborative artwork, using black markers and watercolour paints. After upcycling an old canvas to create a fresh background, each child contributed their own ideas and style - some drawing inspiration from images on the iPad, while others observed Ruby Blue and Frankie in their cage, carefully noting the birds’ colours and patterns.

As they worked side by side, the children shared materials, encouraged one another, and stayed focused, even when the task became challenging. This experience not only supported creativity and self-expression but also nurtured collaboration, perseverance, and a deeper connection to nature. We’re incredibly proud of our young artists and the stunning piece they created together!

Notes For Parents

• The Holiday Program starts next week and runs for 3 weeks. If you are taking a holiday from Curiosity, we wish you a wonderful break. 
• Term 3 starts on July 21st. We will be welcoming 12 new children starting with us, and their families.
• Closure Days for Curiosity next week are Thursday 3rd July and Friday 4th July. Thank you for arranging alternative care for those days.
• Term 3 Closure Day: Curiosity ELC will be having a closure day the same day as the School during Show Week, on Friday 5th September for Staff training.
