School Advisory Board

Our Lady Star of the Sea is currently seeking expressions of interest from individuals within our school community to join the School Advisory Board.

The School Advisory Board plays a vital role in supporting the Principal and school leadership team through informed advice, contributing to the school’s strategic direction, and fostering strong community partnerships.

We are seeking members who:

• Demonstrate a commitment to the values and ethos of our school
• Possess skills or experience in areas such as education, finance, law, governance, or community engagement
• Are willing to contribute actively to board meetings and school initiatives
• Can work collaboratively in a team environment

Board responsibilities include:

• Providing advice on school policies and strategic planning
• Assisting in fostering partnerships with parents, parish, and the wider community
• Contributing to the long-term sustainability and success of the school
