Play at Lunchtimes - PALs 

We are delighted to share that Modbury School P–6 continues to offer the PALs (Play at Lunchtime) program to support our students’ wellbeing and social skills. PALs provides a safe, inclusive space for children to participate in organised activities during lunchtime, fostering friendships and encouraging positive play experiences.

The program is designed for students who may find traditional playground play challenging or who simply want more structured choices. Led by trained staff and student leaders, PALs offers a variety of activities such as games, sports, crafts, and group challenges. These activities help children build confidence, learn teamwork and cooperation skills, and develop a sense of belonging within the school community.

Participation in PALs is voluntary and open to all students, ensuring everyone can access opportunities to play and connect.
