Please update student Consent2Go profiles
Operoo has ceased operations in Australia and Consent2Go is our new platform for excursion, incursion and camp information and permissions.
College correspondence will be sent via email.
All families have received an email asking for student profiles to be updated. A separate email was sent for each student, to complete the medical forms specific to that child.
Thank you to families who have already completed the update process. We ask families who have not updated student profiles for each child to do so as soon as possible.
Once each student profile is up to date, families can follow the instructions in the email to set up the Consent2Go app, where you can add all family members under the one family profile.
Please contact the College if you require assistance.

Uniform Expectations
We thank families for their continued support in upholding our uniform expectations.
Our College Uniform Guide is available via the College website.
Key reminders:
Students are expected to wear full academic uniform each day unless they have timetabled PE or Sport
Academic and PE uniforms are not to be mixed
Hats are required outdoors from Term 3 (Week 7) to ANZAC Day
If your child is out of uniform on any day, please provide a note (or email) to their TA explaining the reason and indicating the date they will return to full uniform.
Personal Digital Device Policy
A reminder of the Catholic Education Sandhurst Personal Digital Device (PDD) Policy.
This policy outlines that students must keep their mobile phones and other digital devices switched off and away all day and must not access their devices during the school day or a school activity (except in an emergency or when necessary to manage a medical condition).
If you need to contact your child, please do so via the College Office, as students should not be using their devices whilst they are at school.
If a student is found using a device at school without school permission, it will be confiscated and stored at the College Office and the following steps will be taken.
1st time: Student may collect their PDD from the office at the end of the day.
2nd time: Student may collect their PDD from the office at the end of the day. Their PDD must be handed in to the office at the beginning of each day for five days (they may collect it at the end of each day).
3rd time (in a semester): Parent must collect device from school. Student's PDD must be handed in to the office at the beginning of each day for 20 days (they may collect it at the end of each day).
