BNPS Fete

Preparations are in full swing for the Twilight Fete – and we can’t wait to see you there on Friday 20 March from 3.30pm - 8.30 pm on the school grounds. It promises to be an incredible evening of food, rides, market stalls, entertainment and classic inner-North community vibes.

Get involved

Soon we’ll send out sign-up sheets for a range of specific roles volunteering at the fete. But right now we’re looking for people who have a current RSA to help serve at our bar – if that’s you, please let us know via the Volunteers page on our website - https://bnps-events.com/fete

Rides

We’re thrilled to say we’ll have a great range of rides on the day for all ages!

This year we’ll have volunteers helping manage the queues and we’ve chosen rides that can accommodate large numbers of children at once – so we’re hoping the queues will move quickly and your kids will have lots of opportunities for a ride. We’re excited to announce there’ll be FREE mini-golf for everyone, thanks to the generous sponsorship of Woodards Real Estate.

Wristbands for unlimited rides will be $50 pre-order and $60 on the day.

We appreciate the feedback we’ve received from the 2024 fete and have endeavoured to keep the cost of wristbands as low as possible. Our primary aim for the rides is to engage our community in a fun and safe way while covering the significant cost of the rides themselves and the associated insurance. Pre-sale wristbands will be offered to the school community only. You can also purchase single use ride tickets on the day for $10 per ride.

The wristbands will be on sale soon – stay tuned for further details.

Kids stalls

This year we’re also keen to invite kids to get involved in running their own fete stall – whether they sell their own handmade treasures or run their own game or activity. We’ll be putting up the attached poster around the school – so if your child has an idea and you’re willing to support them, please let us know via this Expression of Interest form and we’ll get in touch: https://tinyurl.com/4k86jmjm

Each stall will run for around 45 minutes, we’ll ensure there is an adult volunteer supervising – and all money raised will go towards the school.

Silent Auction

Huge thanks also the generous supporters who have donated goods and services to our online Silent Auction – especially our principal Adam who has agreed to be “slimed” by the highest bidder! There are also homewares, fashion, jewellery, dining and activity vouchers and everything in between up for grabs. You can check out all our supporters on the website and there’s still time to donate goods and services if you know a willing business. https://bnps-events.com/silent-auction

Bidding will go live from Monday March 2. Don’t miss out.

Market Hall donations

Have some items to pass on? We’re still looking for Market Hall donations (books, adults and kids’ clothing, toys and bric-a-brac) can be dropped off at the school on Friday 27 February from 8.30am – 9am. We particularly need more adult books and bric-a-brac!
