Fee Statements Term 1
Fee statements have been sent out. Please refer to our fee letter which outlines all fees and charges, together with how to pay.


Check nForma Portal for Parents regularly
Please check nForma regularly for forms or notices relating to your child/ren.
Also, please ensure that all details are correct for your child, and please enter any medical details, emergency contacts and anything else we may need to be aware of.
Editing can only be done in the desktop version.
MEDICAL MANAGEMENT


SIBLING ENROLMENTS FOR 2027
All sibling applications for Prep 2027 need to be submitted electronically as we have moved to a new system. This can be accessed via our website. Scroll down the page and you can start the application and submit at your own pace (it can be saved and returned to as needed). All applications need to include the following:
$50 application fee (can be paid at the office)

Important school information is contained in the School Information Package. It is regularly updated throughout the year.
All purchases for uniform, P&F events and also Tuck Shop orders are placed through the CDFpay app. Please ensure you have downloaded it. Any payments for the P&F must not be paid to the school account. All payments should be submitted via the app.
ATTENDANCE:
Rolls are marked from 8:55-9am. If your child arrives after 9am please sign them in at the office. Please enter absences directly in the nForma Parent Portal app.
Alternatively, you can email classroom teachers and cc the office (admin@shs.catholic.edu.au) to advise any absence or late arrival.
Our attendance system will send an automated SMS to parents if we haven't received explanation by 9:30am (SMS system rolls out according to roll confirmation time).
DROPPING ITEMS AT THE OFFICE:
If you have something to drop in at the office for your child, please ensure it is labelled clearly with their name and class. It will be passed on at the next break time. We do not interrupt class time. Please keep these drop offs to a minimum.
MESSAGES TO CHILDREN - IE: CHANGE IN PICK UP DETAILS ETC
Please ensure you ring through any messages to be passed on to your child. Email cannot be relied upon as we may not see it in time, or staff may be absent. The best way to ensure a message will be passed on is to PHONE the office.
P&F PAYMENTS:
Payments for the P&F (i.e. for functions or uniform shop) must be kept separate from school payments. The P&F have a separate bank account—please do not use the school bank account for their payments. Most P&F functions/events can be paid for on CDFpay, same as the uniform shop.
· Remember, if unsure of anything at all in relation to administration matters at school, don't hesitate to ring the office and we will be more than happy to assist you.
· The office is open between 8:30am and 3:45pm Monday –Friday.
BEFORE AND AFTERCARE 2026
We are thrilled to be able to offer Before Care on Wednesdays and Thursdays in 2026.
Aftercare will run Mon-Thurs. No Friday service due to lack of interest. This service can only operate if there is enough demand.
