Grade 5/6 News

A big congratulations to Ava Elkington and Hayden Tyers on making it to the next stage of the Lion's Junior Public Speaking Competition! 

This is a fantastic opportunity for students to showcase their public speaking skills and share their thoughts on the most influential person in their life. 

Both Ava’s and Hayden’s dedication and hard work have paid off, and we are excited to see them represent St Bernard’s. 

Students in 5/6 have been exploring the concepts of area and perimeter throughout this week. 

Through a combination of hands-on activities, problem-solving tasks, and interactive discussions, students have been deepening their understanding of these fundamental mathematical principles.
