Grade 1/2 News
In English 1/2, our students have been developing their skimming and scanning skills to effectively locate and identify key information within various reports.
They have put these skills into practice by creating their own informative reports on animals and countries, using fascinating facts they discovered during our lessons.
In Mathematics, students have been exploring a variety of addition and subtraction strategies to enhance their problem-solving abilities.
They have enjoyed mastering new addition and subtraction games, and have learned to use hundred charts and number lines to support their mathematical thinking.
It has been a fun and productive time as they explore and strengthen their skills in a supportive and engaging environment.
We congratulate students who received achievement awards and commend their respectful, responsible and safe choices within our school.
