Ciao!

Continuing our learning to express what we like and what we don’t like in Italian, after talking about sports, colours and animals we are finally discovering more about the reason why Italy is famous all over the world, food! 

Everyone, from Foundation to year 5/6, is having fun discovering a few of the weirdest rules that Italians have connected to their precious food (did you know that in Italy you are not supposed to drink cappuccino after midday?) and all the cultural differences between Italy and Australia. 

Foundation and years 1/2 & 3/4 are starting to create a menu for their own Italian restaurant while 5/6 students will pretend to be in an Italian restaurant and order some food, all using Italian language!
