AGTV GERMAN POETRY COMPETITION

 

Last Thursday students in Levels 4, 5 and 6 interested in auditioning for the annual AGTV German Poetry Competition were invited to recite their selected poem to Frau Lindner and Frau Keller in the German room at B1. Students were judged according to their pronunciation, intonation, dictation, and the overall delivery and interpretation of their poem. Congratulations to the following students, who have been selected to represent Rangeview Primary School at the regional final. The regional final will be held at Mullauna Secondary College on Wednesday, 31st July.

Please note: Students who are awarded a first or second place at the Regional Final will then be invited to take part in the State Final (held at the Austrian Club in Heidelberg) on Saturday, 19th October (level 5 and 6 students only). All students involved in the competition will receive a certificate and prizes. 

 

We wish these students ‘viel Glück’ (good luck) and happy practicing!
