Improving health and wellbeing outcomes for young people and families encompasses physical, mental health and social connections to build resilience. Strengthening our knowledge in mental health and wellbeing in turns supports improving the health and wellbeing of young people.

 

The Black Dog Institute is a National and Internationally recognised not-for-profit organisation who is currently offering x 2 free parent/carer webinars on ‘Teen Mental Health for Parents & Carers’.
