Principal's Message

Dear Parents,

Welcome back to Term 4! I hope you all enjoyed a wonderful relaxing break with your families. 

I am pleased to announce that SCS has commenced the recruitment process to appoint a substantive principal for 2025. We are looking for an educator who is committed to leading a dynamic Catholic school and willing to work in partnership with the school community to meet the needs of our students. We hope this position is finalised soon. 

In the meantime, the leadership team is currently focusing on evaluating this year's Annual Improvement Plan and summarising our 2024 achievements and areas for future development. This information will be shared with the school community later in the term.

This week our Kindergarten Parent Information meetings took place for our 2025  parents. It was great to share our school’s vision and mission and invite our future parents into our school community. We are really looking forward to welcoming our 2025 Kindergarten students next week.  It will be a chance for the 2025 kindies to meet their buddies and teachers and, in addition, become familiar with the school environment.

It will be a busy term so please be aware of important dates in the school calendar.
