Virtual Open Day - CSU

Charles Sturt University is excited to announce they will be holding a Virtual Open Day this year for those students who missed out on coming to one of the in person Open Days! Students can discover what life at Charles Sturt University is all about – all from the comfort of their home.

Those who attend will find everything they need to know about studying with us – from study areas and courses, to support services and student life. There will be course-specific information sessions and opportunities to connect with academics and current students.

 

When:

  • Monday 21 October (11:00am–2:00pm)
  • Tuesday 22 October (5:00pm–8:00pm)

Gardiner Foundation Scholarship

Gardiner Foundation is proud to offer tertiary scholarships for up to seven individuals residing in Victorian dairy communities. Students must be commencing studies in 2025 to pursue a career that will either directly benefit the dairy industry and/or benefit dairy communities. Each scholarship is worth $10,000 per year and is available for the first three years of a scholar’s University or TAFE course.

 

Eligible applications are:

  • Pursuing a career through their chosen course that will either directly benefit the dairy industry and/or benefit dairy communities.
  • Commencing their first year of full-time tertiary study in 2025 on campus (University or TAFE).
  • Required to move away from home to take up their chosen course.
  • Australian citizen.
  • Currently residing in a Victorian dairy region.

 

Applications are now open and must be submitted by 5pm, Monday, 25 November 2024.

Year 12 students - University Applications

Attention Year 12 students!! 

If you are applying for a Victorian university course/place at the end of this year, please make yourself familiar with the Victorian Tertiary Admissions Centre (VTAC) application process. 

This link takes you to a copy of the VTAC application video, which follows on from the lunchtime VTAC information session held at school by Ms Macklan.  Ms Macklan is available to answer any questions about the application process and support students who need assistance. 

Don’t leave this one to the last minute, plan ahead to ensure you have all the documentation required well in advance of the due date (30th September), and to lock in the lowest VTAC application fee!
