Tara Buckle

This is my 6th year at MPS and I love the staff and community. I am passionate about all things teaching and learning! I adore teaching the 1/2  students and glow with excitement each and everyday they reach new milestones and achievements. Outside of school I spend my time with my beautiful family and smashing the cricket ball to the fence every Sunday!

I have been so lucky to teach at MPS the past 8 years! It is so rewarding to watch students have their ‘lightbulb moments’ every day and to watch them grow! When I am not teaching I love going for walks, baking and seeing my family and friends.

I love teaching the incredible ½’s at Mitcham Primary School. I value building positive relationships with students, parents, and teachers to support students’ learning journeys. Outside of school I love all things sport including playing cricket, basketball and supporting the mighty hawks!

Bec Peters

This is my first year at MPS but I have been a teacher for almost ten years. I am really enjoying getting to know all of the students and other teachers and have been made to feel so welcome. I am loving teaching the grade 1&2 students - we have so much fun! When I am not teaching, I love spending time with my family, including my two little girls, reading, going for walks in nature and listening to music. 

Ella Revell

I am super excited to be spending my first year of teaching at Mitcham Primary school, after graduating at the end of last year.  I am loving teaching the amazing 1/2 students at MPS, we are having so much fun getting to know each other.  I can't wait to watch each student grow and flourish in all aspects as the year progresses.  Outside of school I love going to the gym, spending time at the beach, hanging out with friends and when possible visiting my family in Tasmania.
