Emotion Focused Parenting Program

Emotion Focused Parenting will provide:

• Parenting strategies to help your child deal with uncomfortable feelings like fear, anger, sadness, and jealousy?
• How to teach your child the skills of resilience to cope with change and recover from adversity
• Parenting strategies to manage challenging behaviour
• Tips to improve family relationships as an emotionally intelligent parent

Tuesday Program

When: Tuesday mornings 

Time: 10:00 am to 12:00 noon

Dates: Tue 30th Jul to 3rd Sep

Wednesday Program

When: Wednesday afternoons

Time: 12:30 to 2:30pm

Dates: Wed 31st Jul to Wed 4th Sep

Where: Online - via Zoom

Cost: Free of charge
