Data Collection

In Sydney Catholic Schools annual data collections take place throughout the year, which capture information about the number and characteristics of the school's staff and student body.  

The Sydney Catholic Schools’ Privacy Policy sets out how SCS and each systemic Catholic School Manages personal information provided to or collected by it.

The SCS Standard Collection Notice covers the standard reasons that schools need to collect and use information in order to perform core functions.

Change In Visa Status

Any families that are on a visa must notify the school office of any changes to the visa. In particular; if any member of the family becomes an Australian Citizen it is a requirement for these documents to be kept on file in the office. Please forward the documents to the office email address info@olssmiranda.catholic.edu.au. Thank you.

School Fees

A reminder that School Fees Fees can be paid via BPay, EFTPOS, Cheque or Cash via the Compass APP or through the school office. Instalment due dates are located on your Fee Statement and should be paid as soon as possible on the dates due. Please call the school office if you require any assistance with paying your school fees.

Green and Gold Day - Friday 9th August

As the Paris Olympics are now underway, we are excited to announce a special Green and Gold Day next Friday, 9th August! We invite all students and staff to dress in green and gold to the best of their ability to celebrate the Olympics. This can include anything from clothing to accessories. Please note, we don't want you to go out and spend money at all—just use what you have at home.

Family News and Blessings

Warm wishes and blessings are being shared with the Costello/Stuart family who welcomed beautiful baby Lawson to their family over the holidays. Baby Lawson is much loved and we are delighted to welcome him to the OLSS Community!
