NINJA PLAYGROUND OPENING

Our much anticipated Ninja Playground is now open.  Have fun!

SCHOOL PRODUCTION

Tickets for the school production on 10 and 11 September will go on sale next week.  Keep your eye out for the trybooking link as they will sell fast!

RAFFLE TICKETS

Tickets have now gone home so please make sure you check with your eldest child.  Last year’s fete donated $35,000 to the School and $35,000 to the Parish.  The raffle continues to be a big part of our fete fundraising effort.

Tickets are $3 each ($30 per book) this year.  If you can sell the tickets, that’s great! If you can’t sell any or all – no problems!

All tickets sold, plus any unsold books need to be return to the School Office or Parish House by Friday 20th September.

You can pay for your tickets by Cash, Cheque (made payable to ‘Holy Spirit Fete”) and via Trybooking using the QR Code or link:

We really appreciate your ongoing support of the fete and of our school community.  If you need extra books or have any questions please contact me.

Thank you

EAT UP SNACK DRIVE

Last term the Grade Six students and teachers started a school snack drive for the not-for-profit charity, Eat Up - https://www.eatup.org.au

We are asking for your support by donating some school snacks to help this amazing charity (please note that Eat Up has asked for snacks to have no chocolate or nuts).

The CEO from Eat Up, Lyndon, is coming to our school in week 3 during assembly to collect the snacks.

This organisation does amazing work feeding hungry students in Australia. Here is a video if you would like to find out more. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Cr9xRdmLeVc

We thank you in advance for helping hungry students in Australia and also for supporting the Grade Six cohort with their call-to-action drive.

It's wonderful to see the collaboration and creativity as everyone works together on their build. Come and join in on the fun every Thursday at Lunch in The Hub.

Lego Club - Week 3 & 4

In the last fortnight LEGO Club has been buzzing with excitement as the competition begins for the best discovery build. All students have been  doing an amazing job working as a team and communicating between each other. The competition runs for 2 weeks and we are half way through with amazing creations starting to emerge!  We can't wait to see the end results and announce our winners next week! Below are the half built designs as a sneak peak. Join us every Thursday at lunchtime in The Hub for more fun and excitement!
