Holy Spirit Fete

Dear Parents, Friends and Father Arsenio,

With nine weeks until the Fete, preparations are ramping up. We are now accepting clothes donations only. Please keep an eye out for callouts for books, toys, and Trash n' Treasure, which we will start accepting in 3-4 weeks.

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who has volunteered to be a Stall Holder. We deeply appreciate your time and enthusiasm. Our volunteer roster will be released soon. Helen Radford, our Volunteers Leader this year, has been working diligently to fill all the Stall Holder roles and is now working on our Stall Holder Meeting and Volunteer roster. We would love to see every family in our community donate two hours for setup, pack-up, or on Fete Day. Your gift of time would make a huge difference, and we assure you that you won’t regret it!

We are always delighted to include more family businesses who would like to sponsor our Fete. Belle Godfrey has done an outstanding job, securing over $30,000 in sponsorships. This is a tremendous contribution to our community, and we are truly grateful. Congratulations, Belle!

If you feel there is something you can contribute to the Fete, please do not hesitate to contact anyone on the Fete Committee. Over the next nine weeks, we could use all the extra help you can provide—even an hour makes a difference.

We are delighted to announce that we will be accepting donations for the Clothes Stall from now until mid-September!

To make this year's second-hand clothes stall the best yet, we kindly request your generous contributions. This is a wonderful opportunity to support our school community without any cost to you, and you can also enjoy the benefits of a thorough spring cleaning!

We kindly ask that you ensure all donated items are clean and in good condition. Please refrain from donating items that are stained, have holes, or are torn. We aim to provide high-quality bargains at this year's stall!

Please note that we must cover disposal costs for any unsellable items, which reduces the funds available for our School & Parish.

Donations can be dropped off in the Green Containers located along the rear fence of the Parish House.
