Book Week 2024 - 19th -23rd August
Book Week is held annually at Sacred Heart to celebrate reading and engage children in literature and to bring stories to life through play and costume. It's a great time to encourage the joy of reading through dress ups.
The Book Week theme for 2024 is “READING IS MAGIC” and our dress up day will be Thursday 22nd of August. There will be more information in the coming weeks, however feel free to start working on costumes for our book week parade. Maybe we will see the children dressing as Magicians, Wizards, Faires and Witches!
2024 Premier's Reading Challenge!
🌟 So far we have 68 children participating, ten have completed the challenge, collectively read and verified 677 books. Amazing work, Sacred Heart Team!
