Monday - School BBQ

The week began with a school BBQ organised by Zlata, the SMAD team, Sara G, and the

Wellbeing team. The BBQ was a huge success, with many students coming back for seconds! It was wonderful to see students gathering together, sharing a meal, and enjoying such a warm and positive atmosphere.

Tuesday - Dress to Impress!

On Tuesday, students and staff took part in our "Dress to Impress" theme day. We were particularly impressed by our Year 12 students, who looked incredibly sharp in their formal attire. Students from other year levels also embraced the theme, helping create a great vibe around the school and making the day feel special.

Wednesday - Push Up Challenge

Wednesday's Push-Up Challenge attracted a fantastic number of participants, with students enthusiastically testing their strength and endurance. Congratulations to Adam Omar and Alexsia Capparella for their well-deserved wins! While the competition was fierce, we can all agree that Mr Zhu was the unofficial champion of the day and certainly stole the show.

On Thursday, our Year 11 and 12 male students attended a guest speaker session focused on men's mental health, providing valuable insights and encouraging important discussions. Across the school, Year 7–10 students also participated in classroom lessons exploring men's mental health and the importance of seeking support when needed.

Friday - Meditation and Bingo

The week concluded on Friday with a calming lunchtime meditation session, offering students a chance to relax and reflect. We also drew the winner of our Mental Health

Bingo raffle. Congratulations to Valora Soueid on winning the $50 gift card!

Thank you to all students and staff who participated throughout the week. Your enthusiasm, support, and willingness to engage in these activities helped make Men's Mental Health Week both meaningful and memorable.
