Sewing! We have been practising our sewing skills by completing a range of different projects. 

The Year 3 and 4 students are working away on a Christmas task with real needles and calico. It's a great time of year for sewing, because we can sit and chat and it's quite a meditative activity. 

The Year 1, 2 and Prep students are sewing with hessian and plastic needles. Their skills are really improving. Some of the Year 1 students took their sewing to a new level and started making clothes and dressing up in the material we had spare. 

Mosaic Art Legacy Piece - The legacy piece is ready to go up in our yard, which is very exciting. Hopefully you can come to our Christmas Concert and see the Year 6's lovely work.
