Term 4 FBI - Production
This term we have been investigating, designing and creating understandings around our guiding question ‘Where does it come from?’. Focussing on food and fibre production, we are learning to recognise that plants and animals can be used as food or materials for clothing and shelter. We have been making connections with items that are designed and produced from fibres that come from plants and animals and how they meet our own needs! We have had some tricky conversations involving ethical dilemmas such as 'Should we eat animals? or 'Should we cut down trees to make things from them?' When we have conversations that others' have a different opinion than our own, we must be respectful to each other. Our big question 'As stewards of Gods creation, how can we make sure we only use what we need?, has helped us respond to these tricky questions.

We are really looking forward to going to the Big Goose Adventure Farm this Friday.

| Hao Hao | Being able to go on the flying fox and riding on a horse because they're cool. |

| Riley | Going on the playground and watching the reptile shows. |

| Hugo | Seeing the animals and playing on the playground. |
| Kai | Feeding all the animals and playing on the playground. |
