National Rugby League Program - Years 3-6
This term students in Years Three to Six will be taking part in a four-week football program. We are very excited to welcome coaches from the National Rugby League into our school to teach the skills of Rugby League. The program will be starting in week five and will run on Thursdays. The dates for the first two weeks have been confirmed, with the final two dates to be announced later in the term.

Wear: Students are to wear their Peakhurst Public School full sports uniform.
Cost: There is NO cost for this program.
PSSA Season 2 Finals
Last Friday a few of our teams were successful throughout the season and were part of the finals day.
Junior Boys Basketball
We played Oatley PS in a tough match..sadly we lost 36-6. After that we played Narwee PS and even though we've beaten them before we lost 20-4.
We would like to thank our coach Mrs Dalton for helping us get better at lay up.
Kaden and Austin
Junior Girls Soccer
Our first game was against Oatley PS and unfortunately we lost 8-0. Our second game was against Mortdale PS and we won 2-0. We came third in the competition!! We loved playing soccer with our friends and want to thank Mrs Marcuse for coaching us.
Isabella and Aaliyah.
Senior Girls Soccer
We played against Mortdale PS and we lost 2-1. Our second game was against Oatley West and they beat us 1-0. Even though we lost we still came 4th in the competition.

T-Ball
At sunny Evans Park we first played Beverly Hills PS and we won. This put us into the Grand Final against Oatley West PS. Our skills and techniques helped us, along with enthusiasm and cheering on by our families to win the Grand Final.
We want to thank Mrs Partridge because she always encourages us and and Mr Crawford for his patience showing us how to catch and throw properly.

Softball
Our first game was against Oatley PS and we unfortunately lost. Our last game was against Lugarno PS and we won, making us third in the competition overall.
We want to thanks Mrs Partridge, Mr Crawford, spectators and our fellow team mates for all the encouragement and support throughout the season.
