Year 3-6 OLF Athletics Carnival

DATE: Friday, 2nd May, 2025 (Week 1, Term 2)

 

VENUE: Sylvania Waters Athletics Track

 

Students in Year 3-6 will attend the OLF Athletics Carnival. There will be two divisions on the day: Competitive and Grade. Competitive events require registration, however grade events do not require registration. Please fill in the registration form if your child wishes to compete in COMPETITIVE EVENTS to be considered for selection to compete at the next level of competition. Registrations close FRIDAY, 25th APRIL 2025.  

 

NOTE:  NO late entries will be accepted.

 

If your child is in Year 2 and is 8 Years old or turning 8 Years old in 2025, they are eligible to compete in the competitive division. Please fill in the registration form if your child demonstrates a high level of ability in Athletics and meets the age requirement.

OLF Cross Country

Congratulations to the students who placed top 4 in their age division. We wish them the best of luck at the Cross Country Primary Championships in May.

Sydney Swimming Championships

OLF students made a splash at the Sydney Championships on the 24th of March 2025. Students showed remarkable talent as well as incredible sportsmanship. We are so proud of all the swimmers' achievements! Congratulations to the following students who swam for our school:

Exciting Sydney FC Opportunity for SCS Students

Sydney Catholic Schools, in partnership with Sydney FC, is offering students and their families an incredible opportunity to experience top-level football at Allianz Stadium on April 12, 2025. This A-League double-header features:

  • A-League Women’s: Sydney FC vs. Perth Glory – Kick-off at 2:15 PM

  • A-League Men’s: Sydney FC vs. Auckland FC – Kick-off at 5:00 PM

Additionally, up to 500 students can participate in a Pre-Match Stadium Lap, where they can walk the field before the game. Participants will receive one complimentary ticket and are asked to wear their school sports uniform (but you can bring Sydney FC gear to change into after the walk). Families can register here to express their interest in this pre-match event.

Families can also take advantage of discounted ticket prices.

SCS Sport Term 1 Holiday Program - Closing Soon
