Prep Transition

Today we had our special PE/Movement and Games Prep Transition session for our 2024 Preps. It was so lovely to see so many arrive with their special ‘Ready for Prep’ T-shirts on.

All the children met our PE teacher Miss Ellis and had lots of fun playing the different games that were set up on the basketball courts. They also listened to the prep teachers read ‘Little Nic’s Big Day’ by Nic Naitanui. After the games and story were all finished all the children came back into hall, sang some songs and all too soon it was time to go home. As the children left they were all given a bean bag to take home and practice their throwing and catching. Everyone had such a fun time.

We look forward to seeing everyone at our next session which is our ‘Lunch and Storytime’ session on Thursday 30th November 12:35pm – 1:25pm – don’t forget to bring a snack or lunch to have with our grade 5 students.

Just a reminder that we have our Parent Information Session, ‘Preparing your Child for School’ on Wednesday 22nd November 7:00pm – 8:00pm
