Important Announcements

Update to the Newsletter Schedule
From Term 2, 2026, the Executive Team has agreed to an updated newsletter schedule designed to help parents and staff receive information at a more suitable and sustainable pace.
Rather than multiple publications landing close together, newsletters will move to a three-weekly rotation.
The cycle will run as follows:
Week 1 - What's On
Week 2 - The College Courier
Week 3 - Junior School Newsletter
This change responds directly to feedback from parents, particularly around What’s On. Families have mentioned this format is helpful for planning ahead, and increasing its frequency will give clearer visibility of events, key dates and activities. Spreading communications in this way also helps ensure information remains timely and relevant, without feeling overwhelming.
The College Courier itself won’t change in format or purpose. The only adjustment is its frequency, so that content stays current and impactful.
Bus Route Updates for Term 2
Families using our College bus service are advised that several route updates will take effect from the start of Term 2, following a review of Term 1 operations in partnership with Horizons West.
South Perth Route
Several minor adjustments have been made in response to family requests, including:
- Two additional stops on Berwick Street, Victoria Park (morning and afternoon)
- One additional stop on George Street, Kensington (morning only)
- Removal of one stop on Bull Creek Road, Rossmoyne due to non-usage
These changes have had minimal impact on overall travel times, although some stop numbers have changed.
Aubin Grove Route
To improve on-time arrival to the College, updated morning timings have been introduced across the Aubin Grove route. Most stops will now operate between six and nine minutes earlier than previous times.
In addition, one stop on Clementine Boulevard, Treeby has been removed due to non-usage.
There are no changes to the afternoon Aubin Grove service.

Uniform Shop Online Orders
Following the successful Stage 1 rollout of our new student card purchasing system, Flexischools, across the Canteen and Wanju by The Little Parry Café, we are now preparing for Stage 2 from Monday 4 May 2026.
From this date, parents will be able to order and pay for uniforms and accessories online using the Flexischools app. Orders placed online can be collected the following school day (Monday to Thursday) from either the Uniform Shop or Student Services.
If you are unsure of your child’s size for a particular uniform item, we encourage families to visit the Uniform Shop for fitting assistance before purchasing. Exchanges and refunds will continue to be available in line with our standard Terms and Conditions.
Families may also continue to purchase items in person from the Uniform Shop during normal opening hours, where Dani and the team will be pleased to assist.
Setting up a Flexischools account
If you do not yet have a Flexischools account, please follow these steps:
- Download the Flexischools app from the App Store or Google Play
- Create an account using your email address
- Add your child using their six-digit Student ID number (found below the barcode on the student card or in MyASC)
- Add a payment method
For assistance, please email Flexischools.
Canteen and Café Prices
Due to recent increases in supplier and operating costs, a small number of menu items in the Canteen and Wanju by The Little Parry Café have been adjusted in price. This includes some lunch items increasing from $7.80 to $8.00.
The College continues to absorb the majority of broader cost increases currently being experienced across several operational areas and remains committed to keeping food offerings affordable for families wherever possible.

2026-2027 ASC Reconciliation Action Plan
We are pleased to share that our 2026–2027 Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) has been approved and published by Narragunnawali, marking an important milestone in our school’s ongoing commitment to reconciliation.
Our RAP reflects our shared intention to build respectful relationships, deepen understanding of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander histories and cultures, and create meaningful opportunities for learning, reflection and action across our community.
We extend our sincere thanks to the RAP Working Party for their time, thoughtful contributions and dedication throughout the development of this plan. Their work has helped shape a clear and purposeful path forward.
Reconciliation is a collective journey. By working together as a school community, we can ensure our RAP is lived each day through our actions, attitudes and relationships.
Consent and Respectful Relationships Education AISWA Pilot Project
Our College is proud to be participating in the AISWA Consent and Respectful Relationships Education (CRRE) and Wellbeing Pilot Project in 2026. This important initiative, led by AISWA in partnership with Emeritus Professor Donna Cross (UWA) and Lucy Sabatini (AISWA Wellbeing Manager), supports schools to strengthen whole‑school approaches to student wellbeing and respectful relationships.
The pilot focuses on building consistent language, shared expectations and inclusive practices that support students’ mental health, sense of belonging and safety. Research shared through the project highlights the strong connection between wellbeing, positive relationships and academic success, reinforcing that wellbeing is everyone’s responsibility.
Through this pilot, our school will:
- Develop a shared Wellbeing and CRRE Framework
- Review our campus environments to support safety and connection
- Map and align wellbeing practices from Kindergarten to Year 12
- Articulate a clear ASC Wellbeing Statement to guide future practice
This work will help ensure our approach to wellbeing and respectful relationships is intentional, consistent and sustainable, supporting both students and staff now and into the future.
