Junior Maths Club

This term we have been busy exploring shapes, patterns and creating shape pictures. Students have used their creativity to design animals, houses, rockets and more using a variety of 2D shapes. It has been fantastic to see them recognising and naming shapes in their designs.

We have also played some fun numeracy games such as: Roll and Add, and Connect Four.

Through these games, students have been practising addition, counting, number recognition and strategic thinking — all while having lots of fun!
