We are reaching out to Families and Local Businesses seeking 

sponsorship for our 2024 School Production 

Ali Baba and the Bongo Bandits

Roberts McCubbin Primary School takes pride in fostering growth in performing arts and placing importance on embracing community spirit. Our school is dedicated to providing students with opportunities to explore their creativity, develop new skills, and engage with the community through performing. This year’s production aims to provide a platform for students to express themselves, collaborate, and develop valuable life skills such as teamwork and communication.

 We pride ourselves to run a successful performing arts production that enriches the lives of children and fosters community partnerships.

Our mission is to provide a production that is fun, aligned with education and creates memorable experiences for all involved. We are seeking sponsorship to help with various aspects of the production, including: Props, costumes and staffing.

 These areas are essential to produce a high-quality show for students, families and friends to enjoy.

How you can help

We would be extremely grateful with any sponsorship you can provide to the school. 

The school will provide the following opportunities:

• Acknowledgment in the School Newsletter leading up to the night
• Sponsors will be included on advertising flyers
• Logo or Family Name printed on the Production Program on the night

WE NEED HELP 

We need these items for our fabulous production of 

Ali Baba and the Forty Thieves!! 

Please either loan(clearly labelled)  or donate any of the following:

• Baskets all shapes and sizes
• Teapots or any interesting jug or vessel that is made of non- breakable material like metal
• Plastic fruit
• Persian rugs and or materials for putting on a market stall
• Jewel - necklaces, bangles,
• Fake coins treasure!
• Tassels 
• Sun caps (donations only)

We also need help with sewing costumes and making props, if you are interested in helping please contact Lachlan or Lisa.
