In Term 3, the Year 1 Wellbeing curriculum will integrate the Resilience, Rights and Respectful Relationships (RRRR) Program with the Visible Wellbeing Framework. 

 

Wellbeing Concepts Covered this Term: 

  • Reflecting on how we can embody our school norms of Collaboration, Aspiration, Integrity and Resilience
  • Building strategies to focus our awareness and attention
  • Being mindful and grateful for the positive aspects of our life
  • Applying the STAR (Stop, Think, Act, Reflect) Model, which will help students build their self-regulation skills
  • Developing our ability to form respectful relationships, including the ability to play in a fair and friendly manner  
  • Enhancing our ability to empathise with others
  • Identifying strategies to ask for help when people are in our personal space
