Victorian All Schools Championships

Cross country running is still on the calendar for some of our talented athletes. Alec and Eddy represented Mount Beauty SC at the All Schools finals on Saturday the 20th July. With only 1 day to recover from the SSV State Championships, they have both shown their talent and commitment to the sport with podium finishes. Next stop is the Australian Championships to be held in Tasmania.

Snow Sports Program

All disciplines headed up to Falls Creek this week, with the downhill groups skiing and snowboarding on Wednesday. While the cross country skiers headed up on Thursday. After getting off to a good start, all participants are encouraged to keep hydrated, fuel their bodies with nutritious foods and complete active recovery exercises to maintain top form for big days at the snow. 

Snowsport Interschools

X country skiers and snow sports competitors - this is for you! Interschools is on at Mount Buller again this year. If you are interested in competing or would like more information - email Vicky on vicky.levesque@education.vic.gov.au. 

Entries close on the 5th of August.

Registration for x country ski races has closed.

Joey Hoppet Team
