Children had a blast at Vacation Care
We were delighted to see many smiling faces at our Winter Vacation Care Program! Children participated in a range of engaging and educational activities, including crafts, cooking and sport. We hosted a variety of different incursions, with an African drumming workshop and the much-loved animal farm! The stand-out activities for the children were the colour run, silent disco, animal farm, game truck and Italian cooking workshop.
We're looking forward to our next Vacation care Program in the October school holidays! For more information about OSHC or Vacation Care please visit our website or contact our Out of School Hours Coordinator at (08) 9313 9337.
SSWA Primary Golf Championship
On 17 June Summer (Year 6), Esther (Year 4) and I (Allysha, Year 6) competed in the 2024 Primary School Golf championships. This event was hosted by Golf WA at Melville Glades Golf Club. We had to wake up extremely early to prepare for our big day.
Once we arrived at Melville Glades we signed in and warmed up for our game. It was a beautiful morning and there were kangaroos too. It was a nerve-wracking feeling to tee off a perfect shot amongst other players, some who we had just met.
The game concluded at around 11.00am and we submitted our score cards. We weren’t sure what to expect, but were told to wait in the clubhouse until the presentations started. When the presentations started, we waited for our division (Stableford) winners to be called out. I came 2nd in the Stableford division and won a medal. Summer came 4th in the Stableford division. Together our points added up to the winning total, and so we won for All Saints’ College!
It was a remarkable day.
