This day will capture individual and class photos for our Pre-Kindergarten students as well as serve as a catch up opportunity for any students who missed out on a green screen photo on our previous days.
The schedule for the day with detailed information will be distributed to staff and students.
UNIFORM
Pre-Kindy students wear their regular track suits.
Other students are required to wear formal winter uniform.
Excitement Builds for the 2024 ASC Interhouse Athletics Carnival!
Mark your calendars for a day of athletic prowess, community spirit and sheer enjoyment as we gear up for the much-anticipated 2024 Senior School Athletics Carnival on 15 August 2024!
We’ve already kicked off the excitement with some incredible pre-events, including the Javelin and the 1500m races. The energy and enthusiasm displayed were remarkable, setting the stage for what promises to be a memorable carnival.
Students have eagerly signed up for their chosen events, showcasing a wide array of talents and skills. In addition to these specific events, every student has the opportunity to participate in the Shot Put, Long Jump and various team games, ensuring there’s something for everyone to enjoy.
No carnival would be complete without some delicious treats! We’re thrilled to announce the return of our popular sausage sizzle and Krispy Kreme sale. Make sure to bring your appetite and indulge in these tasty delights while cheering on your friends and classmates.
We warmly invite parents to join us for the festivities and support our young athletes. For those who are unable to attend in person, we’ve got you covered with livestreaming available on our MyASC livestream page. This way you won’t miss a moment of the action!

Parents can text: 0461 363 753 to place orders in advance. Please include your full name with the order.
Alternatively, you can visit the website, order food and drink, specify a pick up time, pay, and then head to the pick-up point on the day of the event to collect your order.

Exciting Decorations for the Athletics Carnival
To reduce our impact on the environment with plastic waste, we’ve set some new rules to remove wasteful or polluting decorations such as feather boas or single-use plastics, instead shifting to reusable or biodegradable decorations. This is an opportunity to be more thoughtful about what we wear and use on the day – so feel free to go all out in your House colours, but please choose biodegradable glitter (Houses will have individual boxes with costumes and décor for everyone to use too!). Overall our aim is for Houses to celebrate in style while staying environmentally savvy!
