A message from our Principal

Dear St. Brendan's School Community,

As you would be aware, I announced my retirement as Principal at the end of this year.

I have worked in Catholic Education Sandhurst for 47 years.  I have loved being a teacher, Pastoral Wellbeing Officer, Deputy Principal and Principal.

I will write my thanks at the end of the year to the School Community.  I look forward to working with our amazing staff, fantastic students and supportive parents until the end of this year.

Our Advisory Council had a meeting on Monday night.  They met with Paul Bissinella to go through the process of applying for a new Principal and the interview process.

Staff also met with Paul to go through the same process.  As the Outgoing Principal, I am not involved in the process.

Offices/Teacher Resource Area

We are very pleased to have our renovations completed with handover yesterday.  Crowe's did a fantastic job and the area looks great.

We now have three offices, one for Finance and the other two are to be used for PSG Meetings/Assessments etc.

Assembly

Tomorrow's Assembly will be lead by 5/6 Poppa/Searle.  Parents of these classes and parents of children receiving MJR Awards are welcome to attend in Mercy Learning Centre Amphitheatre (5/6 Building).

Information for Parents

We have had a number of cases of head lice at school.  Please check your children's hair and treat if necessary.

Kind regards,

Paula Stevenson

(Principal)
