YEAR 12 SEMESTER 2 EXAMS

The Year 12 Semester 2 Examinations (ATAR) are held from Monday 16 September to Friday 20 September (Week 10) and during the second week of the holidays from Monday 30 September to Friday 4 October.

 

Examination timetable information will be provided on MyASC to all Year 12 students and their families over the coming weeks. Students in Year 11, who are taking Year 12 courses, and their families will be also provided with this information.

YEAR 12 STUDENT DECLARATION AND PERMISSION

Year 12 students and Year 11 students who are studying Australian Tertiary Admission Rank (ATAR) Units 3 and 4 and sitting the 2024 ATAR course examinations are required to complete the Student Declaration and Permission in the student portal at https://studentportal.scsa.wa.edu.au.

 

Students are requested to complete this process online by Friday 23 August 2024.

YEAR 12 ATAR EXAM TIMETABLE

The Year 12 2024 ATAR course examination timetables are available on SCSA website and can be accessed here. Personalised examination timetables will be available through the SCSA Student portal from Tuesday 3 September.

 

 

APPLICATIONS FOR PERMISSION TO ENROL IN WACE LANGUAGE COURSE FOR 2025

Online applications for permission to enrol in a WACE language course in 2025 in Second Language French and Second Language Chinese are available to students in the Student Record Management System (SRMS) via the SCSA student portal.  Questions regarding this process should be directed to our Head of Languages, Ms Pamela Chu Yu Chee at pamela.chuyuchee@allsaints.wa.edu.au

 

COURSE AND SUBJECT CHANGES

Year 12 students who wish to withdraw from a course without a practical component still have until Monday 5 August to make their final decision. 

 

Year 11 students may no longer request course changes. Students who withdraw from Year 11 courses after Thursday 8 August will not receive a Semester 1 result and will not have the units counted towards their WACE.

 

Year 9 and 10 students may no longer request changes to electives. 

 

YEAR 8 AND YEAR 9 2024 SUBJECT SELECTION FOR 2025 

The Year 8 and 9 Subject Selection Information Session recording is now available in MyASC here.

On Friday 26 July and Monday 29 July Year 8 students will meet with their Tutor teacher to discuss their Personal Pathway Plan and submit their preferences for their Year 9 program. 

 

On Friday 26 July and Monday 29 July Year 9 students will meet with their Head of House to discuss their Personal Pathway Plan and submit their preferences for their Year 10 program. 

 

Times of interviews will be available at Student Services and outside Tutor Classrooms.
