CONGRATULATIONS

More than two thousand kids aged 12 to 15 participated in extensive trials, aiming for selection as an official Australian Open ballkid for 2025. The final AO 2025 squad of 400 has been selected and our own Ivy Chapponelle has made it through. 

 

Congratulations Ivy, we look forward to watching out for you when we visit the AO in 2025.

Dad’s Footy

With a great turn out of over 30 dad’s at the Sunday training session, we are very proud of our community and friendships that this event creates. 

We’re doing a call out for the kid’s curtain raiser game. Grade 3-6 children are invited, please complete the form as an expression of interest. 

 

 

 

GRANDPARENTS DAY THANK YOU!

Massive thank you to the Grade 6 reps; Amanda, Carla, Daniella and Emma. 

You did such a wonderful job organising a great afternoon tea for our loved ones. 

Our grade 6 parents all contributed to the food and some great helpers also donated their time to help set up and also wash up - thank you! 

 

I have been told that it is the 7th year in a row that one grandparent has attended from Sydney and she thoroughly enjoyed her time in the school and the event just gets better and better. 

 

The St Finbar's church has not been that full in 8 years so with such a well run event we will have to think of how to cater for a greater number of special guests next year…
